		<description>The creators recommend a half-inch-thick slice as the maximum serving.  That's still very rich, but if you filled the rest of your plate with salad and fresh fruit and went easy  on dessert, it wouldn't be too bad.  Considering the dramatic presentation, I would save it for a family holiday or church potluck barbecue so I could show it off and let people ooh and aah.</description>
